All payments shall be made through ACH Payments directly from your Bank/Financial Institution. No Credit Card or Debit Card Payments are accepted

Stripe secures ACH payments through bank-level encryption, Nacha compliance, and tokenization of sensitive bank account data. It adds layers of protection via Stripe Radar, which uses AI to detect fraud, and requires explicit authorization for transfers, significantly reducing unauthorized transaction risks.
Key security features for ACH payments in Stripe include:
- Data Encryption: Sensitive information is encrypted both in transit and at rest to prevent unauthorized access.
- Tokenization: Bank account numbers are converted into secure tokens, ensuring sensitive data is not stored on merchant systems.
- Stripe Radar: AI-powered fraud detection that analyzes thousands of data points to identify and block high-risk transactions.
- Verification Methods: Supports instant bank verification (e.g., via Plaid) or micro-deposits to confirm ownership of the bank account.
- Compliance: Adheres to Nacha rules and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regulations.

Payment Plan & Discounts
You can make payments in FOUR equal monthly installments. To avail of this option, chose “Pay in Installments” option when you put the Course in the Cart.
Discounts
- If you are a Graduate Student/Alumni/Faculty of Colorado Christian University- Choose “universitysponsored” to get $200 discount
- If you are a Graduate Student of an Accredited University- Choose “student” to get $100 discount
- If you work for a Non-Profit- Choose “nonprofit” to get $100 discount
Refund Policy
- Full Refunds if Cancelled UP TO 30 DAYS before the Start Date of the Training
- Fifty Percent (50%) Refund if Cancelled UPTO 15 days before the starting date of the Training
- Registration funds can be transferred to another training date up to Fifteen (15) days prior to the starting day of the Training without penalty
- All refunds will incur applicable BANK/STRIPE TRANSACTION FEES
- No Refunds if Cancelled Fourteen (14) days or later before the starting date of the training for any reason including medical or family emergency
- No refunds will be made for “No Shows” (a “No Show” is a person who registers for a program but who does not cancel registration or attend the program)
- Refunds may take up to seven business days to process and may appear in your Bank Account after an additional seven business days
- If EMDR Training Academy needs to cancel the program for any reason, participants may receive Full Refund Or if the participant elects to transfer their registration to another training session, will receive an additional discount of $100
- If EMDR Training Academy determines that a participant must be removed from the Training for inappropriate behavior or illegal conduct, the participant will not receive any refund and forfeit the entire Registration Fee
- All the requests for Cancellation must be provided in writing from the website through the member portal
