Refund Policy for Virtual Basic EMDR Trainings
Cancellations and refunds will be granted according to the following conditions:
- Full Refunds if Cancelled UP TO 30 DAYS before the Start Date of the Training
- Fifty Percent (50%) Refund if Cancelled UPTO 15 days before the starting date of the Training
- All refunds will incur Stripe Transaction Fees
- Registration funds can be transferred to another training date up to Fifteen (15) days prior to the starting day of the Training for an additional fee of $50
- No Refunds if Cancelled Fourteen (14) days or later before the starting date of the training for any reason including medical or family emergency
- No refunds will be made for “No Shows” (a “No Show” is a person who registers for a program but who does not cancel registration or attend the program).
- Refunds will be processed as they are received. Refunds may take up to five to seven business days to process.
- If EMDR Training Academy needs to cancel the program, participants may elect to transfer their registration to another training session or receive Full Refund
- If EMDR Training Academy determines that a participant must be removed from the Training for inappropriate behavior or illegal conduct, EMDR Training Academy will not provide any refund of the Registration Fee
- All the requests for Cancellation must be provided in writing from the website through the Member’s “My Account” Page
